Stitches are out…

The stitches came out on monday, but I didn’t bother to blog about it until now.  She’s doing fine, funny faces aside.

Emily learned a lesson today: Don’t run in the house!

She was running around our living room this morning, and fell face-first into the back of the kids’ computer chair. We had to take her to the ER, where she ended up with seven stitches; six on the outside, one on the inside. She was a real trooper, though and only really cried right after she fell and while the doctor was sewing her up. After we got home she took a nap, and just got up. Naturally, I took pictures:
